A contemporary two-storey home at Benowa Waters, screened from the street by a timber batten façade and opening at the rear to a covered terrace and pool.

The street elevation is a single white horizontal band with a battened upper storey set above it. The same batten is carried through the front fence and gates, so the frontage reads as one composition rather than a house behind a boundary, with a circular window centred in the screen.

Inside, the entry runs on an axis to the front courtyard through full-height glazing. Textured render, a stone feature wall and timber-look flooring keep the interior palette warm against the white of the exterior.

The rear opens up entirely: a covered terrace at ground level with a balcony directly above it, both looking across a travertine pool terrace to a lawn stepped down behind it.
